My husband and I worked with Sharla and Melvin for new furniture for our new home. We couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the selection! The ability to customize is wonderful and Sharla’s interior design expertise was exactly what we needed to make our new house feel like a home. We purchased a mattress, sofa, 2 recliners, a desk chair (since my husband works from home most days)and a lot of decorating accessories along with some outdoor poly furniture. Sharla was amazing to work with! My dream is to eventually convert all my furniture in my home to be from Heritage Furniture. The quality is the best. And the customer service is top-notch. We took the grandkids to the Elida Road facility and had them try out the swing sets to find out what they liked. After placing our order it was erected in three weeks, and the kids use it like crazy! Very pleased with the quality and the great service and perfect assembly.
